Monday my weight was 240. Tuesday my weight was 240. I need to make sure I put it in. I definitely need a gym. The parks are free but with the wind and dusting of snow I've been out because I had to get to work. I know not doing a long workout outside of work would benefit me but still haven't done it. No wonder people like personal trainer that have someone to workout with to keep them motivated to push themselves. Definitely need to join gym as soon as possible.
