I had been sick for about a week and stopped my excercise routine and had not been eating very well. I had a Dr appt this morning and weighed in at 241. I am going to start exercising 4 times a week again and keeping track of my food intake.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
