Paleo Judy's Journal, 30 January 2017

Had a migraine this morning. I'd been wanting to avoid grains, but didn't spot that some salad cream I had yesterday contained some cornflour. Need to stay away from grains for a bit until my food intolerances calm down.
142.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
