Well I decided to tackle the big hike yesterday morning with my friend. It's a great hike but steep inclines make it quite the workout. I was afraid that adding in some long, difficult hikes would slow down my weight loss and I was correct but it was still worth it. I had my usual overnight oats (delish) for breakfast yesterday plus my coffee and then for lunch my husband made an impromptu veggie stew that was out of this world. I ended up working from 1:30 until 9:30 last night so I just skipped dinner. I kinda hoped I would've lost more than .2 lbs but you know what happens when you don't eat very much? You also don't poop very much :-) I know, TMI... Have a terrific Saturday night. Keep your plan tight. Come Sunday morning the scales will be alright.
