why???? why did i gain 1 pound back? I had 2 cups of salad, half cup of rice and half cup of ground chicken.
i didn't even eat dinner!!
so frustrated...

1 lb does not mean 1 lb of fat. It can mean some water you haven't eliminated, or better yet, a little muscle. If you're weighing yourself more than once a week, you will see your weight go up and down, so don't get discouraged by it. Make sure you eat at least 800-1200 calories per day too, or you body will think you are starving and hold on to every ounce it can!
