excited to be losing!!! i've had more protein today again and it's REALLY filling. I was drinking it DURING my workout, which actually made me really nauseous. Next time I'll drink it after or just at the beginning and end of my day. Otherwise, the food has been great and I feel really confident so far. Slowly understanding that it takes time when doing weight loss the right way.
