OMG.... 4 pounds... and I had two pieces of cake this week! Birthdays...LOL Soooo, I have not been this weight since I was a lot younger over half my life ago.....wow... just wow!
216.9 lb Lost so far: 65.1 lb.    Still to go: 66.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
