So I made it to the gym twice this week which isn't great, but is more than I've gone in the last few months so I suppose it's a start. This week, I haven't eaten much and the things I did eat were not terrible. Seems like stress is the key to weightloss! :-\
232.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
