well day 4 is off to a good start! i broke a major milestone and went under 300 pounds to 298.2!! this is nuts! im so proud of my improvement everytime i see the weight go done i get more and more stoked! i know my weight might not go down every time but the first two weeks i hope it improves drastically! good luck everyone else time to knock out this day 4!
