192.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

For lunch I made a quesadilla, not sure of the spelling, I used Seitan for the meat, cheddar cheese and two small WW tortillas. It was pretty tasty.
