Bummer. No movement on the scales at all. Oh well, today's a new day... Happy weekend FS!

Edit: Just remembered I only drank 4 pints of water. Dang, that's probably why I didn't see results. OK, today is H20 Day!
184.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
