1440 kcal Fat: 55.75g | Prot: 105.97g | Carb: 128.85g.   Breakfast: splenda packets, crystal light sunrise on the go, water, Blueberries, Strawberries, Belgian Waffles. Lunch: mushrooms, chicken breast, soy sauce, sesame oil, Shirataki noodles, onion, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli. Dinner: Laughing cow swiss cheese light, Skim Milk, Cooked Brown Rice,  Broccoli, Kraft Italian dressing, cauliflower, Chicken breast. Snacks/Other: Great Value tortilla chips, fat free sour cream, salsa. more...
