Soooo I've been off the wagon. Gained some weight after being sick.. not a big deal to me though. BUT its time to get back on it! I've got about 10 pounds to reach a healthy weight for my height so that's what I'm aiming for. I'll worry bout my "goal weight" once I get there. Here we go!
155.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
