Lost one pound since yesterday, finally.
Weight: 134.8
fat: 28.5%
water:51.5%

keep drinking water, keep fat consumption under 25g per day.
Gotta go to library everyday to study from now on.
stop thinking about him, or them.
get my self esteem back.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
