Not great, I had all intentions of starting back on slimming world after Christmas but only managed 1 serious week of sticking to it but even then I think I over ate! Then two weeks of slimming world meals but silly snacking in between, I just can't resist plus the fact i drink 4 vodka tonics on a Friday, a bottle of white wine on a Saturday night and Sunday night. I know where I am going wrong it's just trying to not do it! Keep up the good work everyone 😁
151.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
