Ok. Time to start fresh. Took a long holiday weekend of bad eating and now i am ready to begin again. I think I am going to do Phase 1 for a few days. But I am absolutely exercising EVERYDAY!!!! I even threw out all the leftover pecan pie and casseroles. I really hope to be at 180 by Christmas since I obviously didn't do it by Thanksgiving. happy Monday all!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It looks like you and I have the same target and are at the same weight. I am going through the fridge and throw out all the evil stuff today and doing phase 1 as well. I think that we can make it by Christmas!!!
