Starting to take notice of what type of foods I'm eating, carbs and calories. So far my weight has stayed relatively the same, I feel a little more trim around the waist. Going to keep a food journal and come up with a workout routine that will work for my body and schedule :)
126.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
