Decided to weigh this morning and am recording because I was very happy with that! Am still struggling with the food intake because of the bicycling but hopefully the exercise will counteract as long as I am careful.

Nice weekends all.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
