I lost two lbs but splurged at Uno's one evening..Was exhausted and starving after an extremely long day. This week is going to not be good..My birthday is coming up and family all wants to go out to week. Ok, that is fine. Just need to make sure I get back on the bandwagon.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
