i was really slack this week. I hate it when i sabotage myself its so stupid of me. I mean what im doing isn't even strict at all but i had to finish off a packet of lollies with happy didn't.. and have some mud cake for his birthday and OMG i have a thing for 30c cones right now! lol... :s plus i didn't dink enough water.
