I was delighted to get up this morning and find that I had lost another pound. I was really worried about it when I went out to eat on monday and then out to the bar on tuesday, but I managed to keep myself under control and I am so excited to continue on.

I am in dire need of the motivation to cook though. I have chicken breasts just waiting to be marinated and grilled on my George Foreman.

Karaoke was fun on tuesday and my two rum and cokes didn't completely blow my day. It did blow my no soda challenge, but I honestly forgot I was on it, so I will probably have to pick another go to drink if I am going to go out to a bar again.

I am still not eating much. I know it's because I am unhappy about my relationship, but it still makes me feel better to show my results at games with my friends, just to make those who have rebuked me suffer horribly. That didn't sound vindictive at all.
259.6 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 84.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
