Not one ounce lost and still under 1000 calories a day for a week 😩 .... any ideas?...
166.0 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At around half your RDI your body has turned the wick down. Your metabolism will have slowed right down. Stick with what you are eating, just more of it.

Try increasing your calories a bit. Your body needs fuel to burn the fat - just make sure that it's the right sort of fuel, i.e. protein and fat, not carbs. I try to make sure my 'pie chart' has no more than 40% green (carbs) each day and that my RDI is set at 'slow weight loss' or 'maintain'. I've gone onto 'maintain' levels this week and I'm still losing. Whatever you do, don't let the stress of not losing get the better of you. Best wishes:-)

Sometimes this happens. Stick with it. Drink lots of water. You'll probably lose it in one big go. Hang on in there and don't get disheartened.

I know exactly how you are feeling. You know that you are eating under your RDI but it still doesn't shift. I think the comment s here are all right. Hold in there. There is ways tomorrow. You ate going to do this . Keep positive 😍😜
