Try increasing your calories a bit. Your body needs fuel to burn the fat - just make sure that it's the right sort of fuel, i.e. protein and fat, not carbs. I try to make sure my 'pie chart' has no more than 40% green (carbs) each day and that my RDI is set at 'slow weight loss' or 'maintain'. I've gone onto 'maintain' levels this week and I'm still losing. Whatever you do, don't let the stress of not losing get the better of you. Best wishes:-)
