Yesterday I only ate about 8-10 points and was at the gym from 8 to 10. Maybe thats the reason I still lost some weight. I still however feel guilty for eating so much Thanksgiving day and feel real lucky for not gaining. Next holiday I will definatly try harder because I know I may not get so lucky.
