Stopped the yogurt
Gonna have black rooibos
But two biscuits with peanut butter
Wanting to start intermittent fasting
It's 7:46am Saturday , maybe I should fast today . Last meal last night at 11:00?brhats was tooo late ! Had chops and coconut biscuits with peanut butters and black rooibos
146.6 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
