back to the dieting

I hope to track until June 1. I am going to Calif for Josh's HS Graduation and the following week I am going to Texas for Mikala's HS Graduation.
My goal is to be at 145 lbs by then.

I wear a size 12 now, however it is too tight. I always cover up my waistline and should be wearing a 14. My hope is that I will be in a 12 with a shirt tucked in... I own a nice pair of Lands End pants that have no elastic and are a size 12. I want to wear these in my travels and have them be comfortable!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
