Oh lord. Been trying to do a detox-ish diet for the next month or so. Then we had our annual thanksgiving feast at work. I got in and for breakfast had a giant fried pork chop biscuit, 3 sausage balls, a pig in a blanket, and an f-ing donut. A DONUT! What was I thinking? Trans fats? Bad Andy.
Lunch was no better. Small portions of roast, beans, rice, corn, mac and cheese, a twice baked potato, and a giant piece of chocolate cake.
And the gym is closed the rest of the week :(
Gonna wake up early tomorrow and go for a run and will refuse to eat anything for lunch. My family can deal with it.
