Off to a good start. Using this site helps me to realize how those carbs can add up quick! I did Atkins once before with success (60 lbs) but couldn't move past that mark. Now I know why! Was WAY over consuming the carbs. Maybe this time I can actually get to goal!
276.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 106.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
