Conclusive? Forgot the extra calcium last night, had a bad rib cramp at lunch from a sneeze. No cramps over the weekend when I remembered to take the calcium... too wierd. no walk at lunch today, gotta do bike tonight.
288.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
