After eating Cro night 1 1/2 chicken tenders & Boccilli salad from Marshfield Walmart. Sat 1 1/2 chicken tenders. dinnetr br Tina tuna casseralr. Din To a Taco salad. Mon. at Heather's dad's bithday donnet bakedzita & cheese cake.
179.6 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
