The funniest part of yesterday... I did SOOO well with my carbs. And I gave into a FUN SIZE CRUNCH bar which was a whopping 9 carbs for that little thing!! I stayed under a good amount of carbs, but still--could have done better if not for that moment of weakness! I plan on going to the Russel Stover's store in town to pick up some chocolate for those cravings. I am a chocolate lover for sure.

In other news, I worked out for an hour and half of cardio at the gym yesterday. Felt great! I got a new iphone app that is my own personal trainer on the treadmill, then participated in a cardio class that kicked my butt so bad that I thought I was gonna pass out. I'm not a fan of the cardio classes, as I would rather lift weights after my cardio, but I had to try it. Going again today!
228.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
