Not sure if today's weigh in is a fluke, if I'm just fluctuating a little bit, or if the weight has actually come off. January is about to kick my butt, with all the school and work things I have going on. My main challenge for myself is to make it to the gym on a more regular basis, in addition to the cheesy work out videos that I do in my room. I finally bought myself a scale, so weigh ins will be more frequent and accurate from now on. I've recently reevaluated some of my self-rewards for when I reach specific goals, so hopefully that will help motivate me more!
