So I been banting strictly . Yesterday had coffee with cream
Coffee with milk
Chops and lamb curry
200ml yogurt with macadamia nut , peanut butter, strawberries and blueberries .
300 grams down
Also took sleeping pill knocked out
Need to start exercising
Intermittent fasting working , will try again today .
145.7 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
