continuing with accelerated C25k program--have "spiked" running shoes for ice and snow--working out great--and an absolute must here--average mileage with jogging and power walking upto 4.5 miles per day and 6 on weekends.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
