Weighed in at 11am, after doing 140 swings 10/10 l/r. with the 16kg bell. Which was quite tiring, shows how out of the groove I've gotten on the KB front....
240.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
