bought tickets to hawaii. need to get back on track 100% - after V-Day do good today, bad tomorrow, then back on track. Need to lose those last 10 pound in the next 2 months
164.6 lb Lost so far: 10.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
