it really works as it does all the math for you just edit your preferences and it will track it all...you get there by going to "enter food" top right you'll see "edit preferences" and then you just check the things you want the tracker to track for ya...good luck dar

I have entered my breakfast and lunch and can't believe I'm already at 11 carbs for the day! Sure adds up quick. Need to be careful the rest of the day. It's hard just starting. Just my third day ... so cravings not gone yet. This tool will help a lot.
