I am taking my resolution very seriously. I joined a gym yesterday and have been there to work out twice. It is a really a nice gym and I will have a workout buddy in my best friend. It will allow me to work out on the weekends and evenings since the work gym isn't available during those times.

I am hoping this is the thing that pushes me down that road to the ultimate success - weighing less than I have in over a decade. I am fifteen pounds away from that right now - so maybe not too much of a stetch. My overall goal for the year is to lose 30 pounds. That would be a total of 75 pounds lost.

The equipment at the new gym is awesome and I am looking forward to adding more and more to my routine. There are machines that work on virtually every muscle group and I can always add in some laps in the pool. Pretty proud of myself, I am!
200.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's great that you're excited about the gym, and that you have gym buddy! I don't think you'll have a problem reaching your goal with that determination :)
