Off work yesterday, got two hours of cardio in worked most of my upper body minus the back and biceps. It wasn't a easy workout, had to force most of it.
277.8 lb Lost so far: 33.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 11.2 lb a week

I can't exersize but I started eating every 2hours getting around 1200 cal. Per day it sound like you are doing wonderful keep up the good work
