Christmas hit me hard. Holidays hit me harder. Now its time for me to hit the crosstrainer even harder than ever. Diet is well underway. One day down......probably 100 to go. roughly a pound every few days. Hm we shall see.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
