Of course the weekends are always hard. Started Friday evening with pizza, wine coolers and cookies! Not too bad Saturday, then had a little candy, Fritos, and sweetened baked apples on Sunday. So I guess I should expect a temporary gain over the weekend.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
