I followed the diet pretty well. However I ate late at night, and my initial weight was from a week ago. I think I just was steady. Brought a healthy lunch to work today and going to the gym later. Should start seeing the pounds shed soon.
230.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
