I'm back into the work out regime! I cruised through Superbowl Sunday as well as taking my staff out for High Tea with no cheating casualties on my part! Whew!
I'm reading a fun little book that spent some time on the New York Times Bestseller list called "Younger Next Year:Live Strong, Fit and Sexy-Until You're 80 and Beyond." It reads more like a personal conversation rather than a book, and some of the facts are good. I personally enjoy the affirmation that taking care of one's self physically is just a must once we get past 30. The book says to work out six days a week minimum, for one hour! That jibes with my own goal and I'm glad the science agrees!
I expect to leave the 200's within the next two weeks...hurray! And, I expect to transition out of this fast and into real food on St. Patrick's Day. Here we go!
