Golf was a good workout, however the drinking was not beneficial to my weight loss goal.

Starting this week off with a few new resolutions:

1 - Sleep more
2 - Drink less often
3 - Stick to a workout for once (4 days a week minimum)
4 - Play Zelda every day.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
