Yipppeeee. The largest weightless seen was when I started walking 2.5+3 miles a day. And I really began to sleep better st night and had a much more elevated mood and spirit...
139.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.8 lb a week
