Today I will start to log my food in daily.

Pre-work out:
Apple and cheese stick.

Breakfast Post work out
egg white omlett with mushrooms


Lunch
Ham Sandwich on low fat bread
with cheese

Carrots

Yogurt


Dinner
tilpia
w/ Salad

Snacks
Rice Cakes with peanut butter and raisins
185.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
