huge one kenobi's Journal, 04 January 2017

Have been fasting the last couple of days (still having a couple of cups of coffee with a tsp butter and tsp cream and a couple of Bonox a day) trying to kick start ketosis after the Christmas indulgence. Probably a couple of Kg water weight in there, but going to try to do strict keto again. Actually hasn't been as bad as I expected. It will be interesting to see if it stays off or not. Planning to continue for 2-3 days more.
308.2 lb Lost so far: 48.9 lb.    Still to go: 65.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
