Post Christmas weigh in. Actually lots of this might be new year as in-between it didn't look too bad. Never mind. Will start back on the tracking food etc today and hopefully it will just drop off!! HNY to all.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1506 kcal Fat: 51.77g | Prot: 82.53g | Carb: 188.77g.   Breakfast: Avocados, Cooked Mushrooms, Fried Egg without Fat. Lunch: Walkers Quavers (16g), Roasted Vegetables. Dinner: Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing, Roasted Potato (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Breast, Carrots (without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Bisto Gravy Granules, Tesco Cauliflower & Broccoli Florets. Snacks/Other: Gala Apples, Costa Coffee Skinny Cappuccino (Primo), Tea with Skimmed Milk, Coffee (Instant Powder), Satsuma. more...
