will finish the first 7 weeks of c25k tomorrow--exactly two weeks---glad i had not lost all my fitness--but now getting harder weigh in at 209.8 so down ten pounds since i restarted atkins--two weeks
209.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
