Holy carp. I'll take it. I am trying new things in the kitchen and I feel mostly well-fed. need to remember the water, I tend to forget if i'm not careful. I add a fruit and a starch today, so yay.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
