I may have found the secret, will try this a few more days for an absolute determination but for now this method is working better than any other. I am committed to this no matter how many more curves my life throws at me, this is a truly committed decision to reach my goal by July 2nd 2012!
255.6 lb Lost so far: 42.4 lb.    Still to go: 85.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
